All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based — users only see data relevant to their role. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices to protect your information.

5. Student Data Protections

We treat student data with the highest level of care. Student data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the school management service. We do not use student data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of direct service delivery. Schools retain ownership of all student data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) strictly for the purpose of operating MySchoolCamp, under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days to allow export, then securely deleted. You can request early deletion by contacting myschoolcamp1@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights
