Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MySchoolCamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at myschoolcamp1@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MySchoolCamp only for lawful purposes related to school administration and education. You may not: misuse the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activity; attempt to access other schools' data; reverse engineer or copy the platform; upload malicious content.
4. Intellectual Property
MySchoolCamp and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by EffTech. Schools retain full ownership of all data they enter into the platform. EffTech does not claim ownership of your school's data.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers are covered by a specific SLA.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EffTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of MySchoolCamp. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.
